Workouts these days can get pretty boring, and redundant. We at Stand Up Paddle tobago believe that the key to a good workout is to have fun. Our new paddle fit classes are designed to get you out on the water on a stand up paddle board and give you a great workout. Just paddling alone will give you a great workout but we have come up with exercises that will work out every part of your body, leaving you in great shape. Our Gym is Buccoo reef, so the scenery is pretty spectacular.
