What Our Customers Are Saying
Don’t just take it from us, let our customers do the talking!
I am terrified of water but joined my 9yr old daughter for this wonderful experience! Duane was professional, patient & was able to ease me out of my paralyzing fear. Our private lesson was very reasonably priced & excellent value. And the experience was lifelong memory to share w my daughter. I highly recommend Duane & his staff.
We got a little lost on our way there so arrived some minutes after our scheduled appointment time. Duane was so welcoming. He really went out of his way to teach us while making us comfortable. I really cannot say enough how great our experience paddle boarding was. Duane and the staff were great!
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an instructor?
Yes, you can learn to stand up paddle or surf on your own, but it would take you months to learn what we can teach you in just one hour. If you are a fast learner we can also teach you more advanced skills that our instructor has learned over years of stand up paddling.
Where do we learn to Paddle Board or Surf?
Stand Up Paddle Lessons are taught either from the beautiful Pigeon Point Heritage Park or Petit Trou Lagoon in Tobago Plantations. Surf Lesson locations depend on the conditions of the day and the skill level of the guest.
Do I have to be able to swim?
We recommend that you should be able to swim for SUP Lessons but even if you can’t swim you can learn to stand up paddle. You should be ok with falling into the sea with a life jacket on. Our lessons are done in water from 8 to 2 feet deep, so you can always see the bottom. You need to be able to swim for surf lessons.
