Try Your Hand at the Surf
Although not a stand up paddle surf lesson, the mouth of the lagoon is perfect for a few minutes of small wave riding after your paddle. High tide is the best time to surf this spot.

We can teach you the basics of stand up paddle on this tour if you have never paddled before. The waters of Petit Trou Lagoon are very calm and perfect for a beginner lesson. If you have paddled before but have never SUP surfed, Petit Trou is a great place to try it out — best at high tide!
Beach clothes and sunblock! A rash vest or t-shirt is great for sun protection. Bring water too.
